Our sources say Retro SCOTTSO and CMG CEO Howard Rashmusher were seen on eastern Long Island's Shinnecock Hills golf club...not hitting the links -- they were at the bar. Good sign. We think Fats'll be broadcasting from Signal Hill, Brooklyn indefinitely.
